Will Strathdee

MSc Sports & Exercise Science

Physical activity and exercise have always been the one thing I’ve enjoyed the most –from playing football since the age of 5, to gaining two degrees in Sport and Exercise Science. Along the way I realised that it’s not always the elite athletes who need the most help, but everyday people, from the stay at home parent, to the high-powered CEO. So, helping all types of people achieve their health and fitness goals gives me huge satisfaction. 

When I’m not in a gym you won’t find me doing too much, I’ll either be enjoying the great outdoors (UK National Parks are underrated!) with a camera in my hand– or trying to find somewhere to enjoy good coffee!

If I had to summarise myself in one word? The term nerd definitely springs to mind. Whilst sport, health and fitness are my greatest passions, and helping a broad variety of people to achieve their lifestyle, movement and nutrition goals is hugely enjoyable for me, I also really enjoy reading, particularly comic books and watching movies! Some people have even described me as a bit of a movie buff. Some of the other things that I really enjoy are spending time going out for long old walks with my beautiful doggo Cromwell, and travelling, exploring the world where I can! I’m also a bit of an adrenaline junkie, so you’d be sure to find me pursuing some kind of extreme activity just to keep myself in check. Fun fact about me: I have played sport at international level.
