While they may have their place, we believe that the mainstream fitness approach keeps people in survival mode. Rather than leading your life, following a programme designed for you, your body and your lifestyle, you remain in reactive mode all the time. This means you spend precious time and energy managing and recovering after training sessions that don’t take you specifically into consideration, and this may stop you from creating a fulfilling life that you have purposefully chosen. 

It likely adds much more stress.

We know that to find fulfilment, thrive and feel purposeful we need to have clarity and the awareness that comes with vitality – not systemic overload – which sadly we see too much. Through our individual approach, we get to know who you are and what you want. We want you learn how to manage your fitness to give you autonomy. We get to the nitty gritty of your own lifestyle, goals and requirements and work in a holistic, supportive way as you move towards greater wellness and self-understanding.
