90-day Executive Fitness and Nutrition Program 2018

We are delighted to be able to offer some additional places for Autumn 2018.

Many exec’s come to BASE Training bored of their ineffective cycle of traditional gym memberships and fad diets. They are often challenged with high stress levels from managing large teams, back pain from sitting in an office or on planes and tiredness from hotel hopping.

Our Executive Fitness and Nutrition Program helps them gain back control of their health, despite hot-desking across multiple locations, business lunches and poor routine.

Our clients’​ success is achieved through one-to-one, individualised movement and nutrition programs. Throughout the 90 days we monitor progress through regular testing and recording of results, sometimes including blood tests and inbody scores.
