3 Techniques for reaching your fitness goals in 2017
Make a list of all the things that you want to improve, learn, fix etc. On that list, cross one off at a time until you are left with the most important. You will now have the most important thing for you at this point in time and what you should work on first. This is your starting point. Don’t try and fix or improve everything all at once as you’ll get limited results. By having focus on one task, you are giving yourself the best opportunity to improve. Once you have hit the goal then you can go back to your list and start the process again. Make sure you write this down rather than trying to do it in your head. It will keep things clearer, and once things are written down you’re more likely to take actions
Make the most of January and do something every day. Not including today (3rd Jan), or weekends, you have 20 days left in January. Use each day to do one thing that will have a positive impact towards your goal or yourself. These all add up, and by the end of the month, you’ll have made a big step forward. They don’t have to be big things, just something that you can do each day to have a positive impact on your day and the month.
After all is said and done, more is said than done. Take action and do something as this is really the only way that you’ll improve. People, friends, family, coaches can all help you. But in order for you to get the benefit, you’ll have to do the work.
